1/35 Lebanese AML-90 armored cars

1/35 Lebanese Armored Forces (LAF) Panhard AML-90 Lynx & Lebanese Forces militia (LF) AML-90.

The Panhard AML-90 armored car has been used in Lebanon since the 1970s. It was used first by the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and the Internal Security Forces (ISF). At the breakout of the Lebanese Civil War, some of these armored cars were captured and used by militias. UNIFIL was another operator of the AML-90.

The 1/35 Panhard AML-90 from Tiger Model is the best model in scale for this type of vehicle. To date, I chose to make two AML-90, one of them to reproduce a Lebanese Armed Forces vehicle during Nahr al-Bared battle in 2007 and the other one to reproduce a Lebanese Forces militia in the 1980s.

References photos are available in the latest book release from Samer Kassis : Military Vehicles In Lebanon Vol 1. Panhard AML-90.
