The Texan is back to the Lebanon

According to the latest field news coming from Lebanon, the Lebanese Air Force should be receiving in the next months, likely to be in 2012, a new type aircraft in its inventory. A Squadron of Hawker Beechcraft T-6 Texan II is intended to be formed between 2012 and 2013, the final version being yet to be set, being by all means an armed version. The Texan II will be the second aircraft  used by the Lebanese Air Force after the North American Aviation T-6 Texan used during the 1950s and 1960s.
